The comfiest sukapan style skirt with attached bloomers. The thigh cuffs and waist have stretchy elastic. The bloomers can accommodate any size thigh and the thigh cuff's ribbon can also be used to make the cuffs smaller for more petite size thighs. Best of all, it has deep built in pockets.
