Refund policy

*Please note: live event sales are often final sale due to our limited stock at events. Please reach out to support@liliaandlace.com for live event sales purchases as these are case-by-case situations. Thank you for your understanding 🙇‍♀️

We have a 30-day return policy for non-preorder items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All accessories are final sale.

For pre-order items, these items are specifically made to order for your order, so returns are not accepted. We do accept size exchanges for pre-orders if there is additional stock in our inventory.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note we are unable to reimburse for shipping costs so the total refund amount will be the total minus the 2 shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please reach out to support@liliaandlace.com or via our contact form to start an exchange. We unfortunately cannot cover shipping costs for exchanges unless there is a defect in the item so we please ask for your understanding 🙇‍♀️ once the exchange has been received we will send an invoice for the new shipping fees and ship out your new items when the invoice has been paid.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
