Himegyaru pastel pink 2-way skirt [Gyaru line] (pre-order)

Pre-order item A skirt inspired by hime gyaru fashion. This two-way skirt can be worn drawstring up to show the attached ruffled lace underskirt or drawstring down. The bow pins are removable. The dress features a zipper in the back, elastic shirred back waist, removable crown charms on the drawstrings, and an attached ruffled underskirt/mini petticoat.

Washing instructions: unpin bows before washing, wash in cold water, hand wash preferred, machine wash gentle in mesh laundry bag (It is recommended to flip the skirt inside out when washing), DO NOT IRON, do not bleach, hang to dry, steam on light setting only with cool steam
