A dress inspired by tenshikaiwai and jirai-kei fashion, this dress set comes with both a dress & heart buckle choker necklace set (Beret hat sold separately). The dress features large hidden pockets, a side zipper, removable chest bow, adjustable double buckle side waist ties, elastic sleeve cuff button closures, elastic shirring with lots of stretch in the torso, and a 100% cotton lining. 

Color: blue/white

Material: lining (100% cotton), shell (polyester 95%, spandex 5%), lace/ribbon (polyester 100%)

Washing instructions: wash in cold water, hand wash preferred, machine wash gentle in mesh laundry bag (remove chest bow pin prior to washing, it is recommended to flip the dress inside out when washing), DO NOT IRON, do not bleach, hang to dry
